Environmental Gateway (http://www.environment.vic.gov.au) Provides comprehensive links to environmental sites including those addressing energy savings. RISESchools (http://rise.org.au/EandP/riseschools.html) The site from Australian Cooperative Research Centre For Renewable Energy provides educational materials for students and teachers. They are suitable for secondary schools CSF levels 3 & 4. Australian Greenhouse Office (http://www.greenhouse.gov.au/education/index.html) A major feature of relevance from this site is the colourful 'Global Warming - Cool It' booklet which provides a practical guide to households on reducing energy costs and greenhouse gases. The booklet can be downloaded. The site also provides information on Household action, Renewable energy, Energy efficiency and Greenhouse Science programs.
